Payment Information and Delivery Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

  1. Cash on Delivery

    • The customer pays for the order in cash upon receipt from the courier.

    • After the order is accepted, the amount is non-refundable, except in cases of justified complaints (e.g., wrong order or food quality issues).

  2. Payment via VPOS (Virtual POS Terminal)

    • Customers can pay with a debit or credit card through a secure online system.

    • Upon successful payment, the customer receives confirmation by email or SMS.

    • All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before order processing: The customer may cancel the order if it has not yet been prepared. In this case, if they paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within 7 business days.

  • Cancellation after preparation: Due to the nature of the product (freshly prepared food), once the order has been prepared and dispatched for delivery, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

  • Complaints: If the customer receives an incorrect or substandard order, they must contact us within 1 hour of receipt. In the case of a justified complaint, the amount may be refunded or the order may be resent.

  • Refund for card payments: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the same card used for payment within 7-14 business days.
